Perfect ito kung feeling mo ay medyo overwhelmed ka lately at kailangan mo ng professional na makikinig. Isang safe space para ilabas ang saloobin at malaman kung ano ang best next step para sa mental health mo.

Licensed Psychologist / Therapist (₱1,500 – ₱1,800)

Kung handa ka nang mag-work on your growth at neurodivergent assessments ito ang para sa’yo. Tutulungan ka ng therapist or licensed psychologist na i-process ang emotions, trauma, o habits gamit ang talk therapy. Sila ang kasama mo sa journey of healing.

Licensed Psychiatrist (₱2,800)

Sila ay mga medical doctors. Kung kailangan mo ng official diagnosis o kung tingin mo ay kailangan mo ng reseta (medication) para sa iyong condition, dito ka dapat mag-set ng appointment.
